Insurances accepted in Washington - Premera, LifeWise, Aetna, PacificSource, Regence, Kaiser Permanente of WA, Cigna, United Health Care (Optum), and Providence Health Plan.
A 48-hour cancellation policy applies for all scheduled appointments. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and have not notified me directly at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged for the full cost of the session.
Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted forms of payment and payment is due at the time of service. I cannot use PayPal, Venmo, or cash apps to accept payments as they are currently not HIPPA compliant and client information would not be securely protected.
My counseling services in Oregon are currently private pay only. In Washington, I do work with several insurance plans and can bill your insurance for services. A client may choose at times not to involve insurance as it allows for greater flexibility and privacy regarding their options and information as part of their electronic medical/health record.
